Physical Description
Allen is a smallish boy, standing at an impressive 5’6”. He was born with reddish-brown hair, but a strange genetic mutation that runs in his family’s bloodline made his hair turn white before he was 12. He has a scar on his left eye from an accident that occurred when he was 9. Thankfully, his left eye still remained intact and was not harmed. Unfortunately, that same accident also caused the loss of his left arm. It has been replaced by an interesting but simple mechanical arm.

In order to make the scar not seem so hideous, Allen’s father had the scar slightly altered to look more like a tattoo. He had even added a pentacle above his eyebrow to complete the façade. While it is strange in appearance, it is also rather sexy. Still it had been one of the most painful procedures in Allen’s life.

He has a muscular build from constantly exercising and keeping his strength. He really isn’t preparing for anything in particular, but he feels that he would need such physical prowess one day, considering the inner instability of Aegis.

Allen has soft gray eyes that can be more described as silver. This combination of his white hair and pale skin gives him an almost surreal appearance, though he could be more described as cute instead of handsome in this stage of his life.

His clothes are very neat and well-groomed, consisting of black trousers, gray vest, a white collared shirt, and a small red ribbon around his neck. Because his mechanical arm is so strange looking, he usually wears a pair of white gloves as well. Sometimes, especially in colder weather, he wears a gray jacket or a long black and white coat with a hoodie.

Allen is always accompanied by Timcanpy, a rare golden "golem" that usually rides on top of his head or resides inside his sleeve.

Personality
Allen Walker is the epitome of what a gentleman showed be. Well-mannered, eloquent, and polite to everyone, there is hardly a single person in the upper-class who does not like him. At least, as far as they would show, for Allen is of extremely prestigious blood. Allen does have his dark side, however, one that can be rather vindictive.

His dark side especially comes out when he’s playing cards.

If there is one thing Allen cannot take very well, it is the fact that his father is the lord of Eternal Lotus. Apparently, this arrangement had occurred many generations ago, but what his father is up to now with the assassination group, Allen is completely unclear of. Allen is not for the killing of anyone, no matter what they’ve done, and is determined to one day sever that relationship his father has established. However, Allen is currently far too much in the dark to really do anything about it. Right now, he is in charge of handling the reports when the assassins return from their duty. It’s a job that makes him utterly sick inside, but again, he’s stuck. He does not want to go against his father, a man whom he loves very much, but he simply cannot condone the killing of people and manage to sleep at night. This often causes him to go into depression, but, not wanting others to speculate on his moods, he tries to maintain a cheery and carefree air when he’s not alone.

The only person he has ever felt pure and utter contempt for is Yu Kanda.

Abilities/Strengths/Weaponry
First and foremost, Allen is a pure master at cards: Poker, Spades, and Blackjack are his particular favorites. He has NEVER lost a game, and nor will he ever. EVER. It’s not just mad skills, either. He’s also a master at cheating and completely getting away with it.
Aside from his card skills, Allen is quite the fighter. His fighting skills had developed to a more defensive style, to keep him out of unfavorable situations, considering he does not like hurting people if he doesn’t have to (unless it’s Kanda). Allen mostly fights hand-to-hand for swords are not really his style.

His mechanical arm is also a weapon, coming with little buttons and springs for him to press to make it so. A little complicated in itself, but in a nutshell it has mechanisms to change into a gun, but he rarely uses that considering putting the bullets in is a rather tedious task. There is also a small spring at the bottom that can reveal a hidden blade (roughly 7-8 inches in length). A small mechanism on his shoulder can cause his arm to extend about a foot in length.

Weaknesses
FOOD. The absolute number one reason that would make Allen’s world completely nonexistent around him is food. Offer him food, and he will literally eat out of the palm of your hand, sensing nothing else, thinking of nothing else.

Allen can easily drive himself to an emotional wreck, especially knowing that he is involved in a group like Eternal Lotus, a group of people who have the potential of becoming a great asset to the world with their strong sense of commitment if only it had not been twisted the wrong way. Because Allen is one of the few who sees this potential, it bothers him even more so than the killing does, and what’s worse, he can’t talk about it to anybody. These intense emotions he keeps burying inside, and are closer and closer to exploding one day in a bad way that could seriously injure him and those around him.

It doesn’t help him that he is incredibly naïve, thinking that the world could be rosy place if one tries hard enough. This is because Allen has lived an incredibly sheltered life, and even the presence of Eternal Lotus does not begin to scratch the surface of just how ugly the world could be.

When things start looking too terribly tough and he feels he has given it all he’s got, Allen has a tendency to give up. He needs to be constantly reminded by others to keep moving forward, either spoken to him or within his memories. Unfortunately, there is not many of those others around. He also rushes into situations without fully understanding them first, so when he runs into an obstacle in said situation, he becomes clueless.

Other than food, his other ultimate weakness is his complete and utter fear of death. The prospect of death terrifies him.

History
Allen Walker lives with his family on the island of Elysium in the city of Dubrovnik, where those who are born to it receive the ultimate privilege. His family is very wealthy, but are mostly in held in high regard due to the respectability and wisdom of Walker-senior. Often times, when a family has a little problem, they turn to the Walkers for advice.

Allen’s mother was a fragile woman and prone to illness. Allen’s birth had been much for her, and so she had died a couple of days later. Allen could have easily been blamed, but, while his father grieved heavily, he still raised the boy to the best of his ability. Allen was given everything in the world a boy could dream for, yet still raised to respect and not take advantage of others. Allen had been attending private school since kindergarten, a place where he was accepted easily, becoming quite the popular kid with many friends. However, when he was 9-years-old, an accident occurred when he fell off a giraffe-horse that had gone crazy and trampled him. This was the accident that led to the scar on his face and his left had been completely crushed and therefore, had to be removed. Luckily for the school, Walker-senior was gracious and did not pass blame, even allowed Allen to attend the school again once he fully recovered.

His father’s mercy and grace and kindness is the reason why Allen cannot fathom, much less accept, why his father is making Eternal Lotus do these things for him. Allen probably would have gone throughout his life without knowing, but when he had been discovered eavesdropping on a conversation when he was 13, he became involved. However, instead of becoming an assassin like them (for he was considered to be too old to be reared in their mindset at this point), Allen became in charge of all the paperwork. He was pulled out of the private school he had been going to, and instead was home schooled so that he could still perform his duty to Eternal Lotus without risk of exposure. While his father still treated him with paternal affection and love, Allen has been a prisoner of his own home since he was 13. It’s unfortunate that Walker-senior is very much aware of Allen’s protest against Eternal Lotus and so has him carefully monitored at all times, not allowed to leave the premises without an escort. Still, Allen is determined and every day he persistently looks for a weakness in his father’s stronghold so that he could escape and finally put a stop to whatever twisted plot is occurring beneath the surface.
